Preparations:
Combine miso paste in a boiling water.
Recipe:
Miso Soup
Add a Tsp of miso paste into a small bowl (or mug) and pour 160-200ml of boiling water whilst stirring.
Enjoy as it is or top with grilled vegetables or chopped spring onions and tofu.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 2 months.
